Network Guarantee Terms and Conditions

  1. These terms and conditions apply to the 30-day money back network guarantee (Network Guarantee) provided by NOW New Zealand Limited (Now).

  2. These specific terms and conditions apply in addition to our Standard Business Terms and Conditions, Business Mobile Service Schedule, Business Mobile Plan Schedule and any other applicable terms and conditions.

  3. If you are an existing or new Now Business customer and you sign up to a Business Mobile Plan (Eligible Plan), you will be eligible for the Network Guarantee.

  4. If you are on the Eligible Plan and are not satisfied with Now's network coverage, you have 30 days from the date of activating your Eligible Plan to claim the Network Guarantee (Claim Period). Any claims outside of the Claim Period will not be covered by the Network Guarantee.

  5. If you’re adding a new mobile service to your current Now Business account, the Network Guarantee only applies to the new service and not to existing services on the account – unless they are within the Claim Period.

  6. If you are eligible for the Network Guarantee, you will be refunded via a credit to your Now Business account for any charges relating to your Eligible Plan monthly fee within the Claim Period.

  7. The Network Guarantee does not apply to any services not included in your Eligible Plan (e.g. it excludes Add Ons, International calls, Roaming, Premium calls/texts etc). The remaining service(s) balance will be added to your next bill for payment.

  8. Any Network Guarantee claims will be credited to your account within 15 working days of finalising your claim.

  9. To claim the Network Guarantee on your Eligible Plan, you will need to call Customer Support on 0800 669 249 or contact your Relationship Manager.

  10. The Network Guarantee is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
