Our leadership team comes from a wide range of backgrounds, overseeing vast changes in the technology and telecommunications industries. We like to push the boundaries of what 'traditional' is. We focus on helping businesses succeed with the right telco solutions and an enjoyable kiwi experience.

Hamish White
Chief Executive Officer
Hamish founded Now Business in 2011 to challenge an industry that had stopped putting Kiwi businesses first. With over 25 years of experience in telecommunications, spanning roles at ANZ, Spark, and AAPT, he brings a depth of expertise across marketing, product, strategy, and commercial areas.
Brendon Fry
Head of Commercial
Brendon has 17 years in telecommunications, with experience spanning insight and analytics, marketing and brand, sales, product, technology, strategy and operations. He has held leadership roles at Spark, 2degrees and the Royal Bank of Scotland, bringing both local and global perspective to his work.
Rebecca Simpson
Head of People and Culture
Rebecca brings global People & Culture experience and a background in psychology, ensuring that Now’s most valuable asset, its people, are thriving. She works with the leadership team to maintain a culture that empowers employees to deliver exceptional outcomes for NZ businesses.
Anesh Budhabhai
Head of Product and Platform
Anesh has over 20 years of experience solving small business challenges through software, with product management roles at Xero, Xplor Technologies, Cornerstone OnDemand, results.com, and Findly. He brings deep expertise in building solutions that help Kiwi businesses thrive in a digital world.
Anton Hakkaart
Head of Customer Success
Anton has 20 years of experience across lending, business banking, equipment finance, broker, and digital channels. He has led customer service, sales, BDM, and onboarding teams at KiwiBank, NAB, and Unity Credit Union, bringing expertise in delivering exceptional outcomes for customers and helping organisations build lasting relationships.

Head of Wellbeing
Harvey might not know much about megabytes or modems, but he’s always ready to contribute to the team culture. He reminds us that boundaries are meant to be pushed (and balls are meant to be thrown). Just like the rest of the team, Harvey believes Kiwis deserve better from their telco, and maybe extra treats.
