Can I have a Hunt (Ring) Group on my toll free?

How do I change my terminating (destination) number?

If you need to change the destination number where your toll-free calls are terminated, simply reach out to your account manager who will assist in updating the terminating number promptly to ensure uninterrupted service or drop us an email .

Can I keep my existing toll-free number if I move to Now?

Yes, toll-free portability means that you can continue to use your existing 0800 or 0508 toll free number when you move to Now.

Can I restrict calls from mobile phones which cost me more?

Yes, customers can elect to block calls from cell phones.

Can I have my toll-free calls split between multiple terminating numbers?

Yes, Percentage Call Distribution allows the customer to distribute a set percentage of calls to various different locations.

Can I have my toll free number present (CLI) when I make outbound calls to the b-party?

When you make an outbound call you can opt to have your toll-free number present on your customer’s device when you make a call. This means that they don’t see your mobile number, home landline or office number so when they call back it will be to the toll-free number.

How does Now bill toll-free calls?

The calls to your toll-free number will be billed in aggregate to your account with a breakdown of calls available in the Now portal or via a monthly report on request.
