We’re extremely proud to add to our impressive haul of customer-focused awards by being named the best fibre broadband provider in the 2024 Canstar Blue ratings.
Now received five stars for overall customer satisfaction, as well as value for money, network performance, customer service, contract flexibility and clarity of bills and contracts.
CEO Hamish White says topping the Canstar Blue rating, which we've managed to achieve in four of the last five years, reflects the whole team’s focus on customer service, product design and communication.
“Being rated five stars across the full range of measures highlights what Now is about and the transformation we set out to achieve more than a decade ago,” says Hamish.
While we believe our service focus is second to none, it’s also really satisfying to see our customers recognise the emphasis we put on building a network that is highly reliable and great value for money, and that we’re easy to deal with – using clear and simple contracts and communication.
