To access the Now Reach administration portal, open a browser and go to reach.nownz.co.nz. Enter your username and password, and you can check 'Remember me' to save your credentials. If you've forgotten your password, click 'Request Password' to reset it. Finally, click 'Login' to enter the portal.

To reset a user's password, go to the administration portal and navigate to the "Users" section. Select the user who needs a password reset and click "Reset Password." The user will receive an email with instructions to reset their password.
