    Call centre solution

    Our ACD call centre solution offers skill-based routing, automatic agent logout, manager assistance, and more. Manage your call queues with group-specific greetings and progress messages, including the option for automatic callbacks. Lite and Premium options are available, starting from $15 per agent.

Now Reach licences

Now Reach allows you to mix and match between licenses for your team, based on their needs. A minimum of three licenses are required.

Device typesThis license type allows you to use Now Reach with a desk or cordless phone. It is usually suited to businesses that are transitioning from traditional analogue telephone services to something more modern. This license type allows use on both desk phones and a through an application on your computer. This means you can connect Now Reach through your computer and make incoming and outgoing calls through a headset. Great for office staff, or staying connected when working from home. This license type allows access to Now Reach from a softphone or the Now Reach app on a mobile device. The premium license is great for staff who are often on the road or away from their desk. It gives them all the benefits of fixed line phone when they're out of the office without the cost of calls to and from mobiles.
