How do I access Now Webmail?

Now has a basic webmail platform which can be accessed on www.nowmail.co.nz. From here, you can view, send or receive any emails stored against your NOWmail account.

For further functionality of your email account, we'd recommend configuring your NOWmail account on an email client.

Examples of popular desktop clients are:

• Windows Mail / Windows Live Mail [Built into Windows]

• Microsoft Outlook [Part of Microsoft Office]

• Apple's Mail App [Built into MacOS]

• Thunderbird [Free - download here]

If you're on mobile, your device should have an email client built in.

How to access my emails from my mobile device?

NOWmail accounts can be setup on most smartphones and tablets.

Each device will have a slightly different setup, but all use the same settings, which you can find here. You'll also need your username and password. Get in touch with our technical team if you're unsure what those are.

How to navigate the new look mailbox

We've made some updates to the look and feel of our webmail service. There are a few differences in how it will look from the 28th of November 2023.
